Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026 Numeral ("we", "us", "our") is a numerology app for iOS, Android and the web. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how you can control it. 1. What You Give Us Your name and birthdate, entered when you set up your account. Both are required, because every reading in the app is calculated from them. You can also add your sex, which is used for one thing only: calculating your Kua number. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider. If you sign in with email, a one-time code is sent to the address you enter. 2. What You Create Saved readings, the sightings you log and any notes you write. A photo you attach to a sighting is stored in our database against your account, and a small thumbnail of it is kept on your device so the list loads quickly. Relationship readings include a second person's name and birthdate that you type in yourself. You are responsible for having that person's permission. 3. How You Use the App Your daily draw history, streak, oracle usage, gifts and shadow archive. While you are signed in this syncs across your devices, so your progress follows your account rather than one phone. 4. Sign-in Security When you ask for an email sign-in code, we record that email address and the IP address the request came from so we can rate-limit sign-in attempts. Those records are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Cloudflare Turnstile also sees your IP address when it checks that you are not a bot. 5. Analytics We use PostHog to see which parts of the app get used. It records page views plus a fixed set of product events: opening your daily reading, picking a category, pulling the oracle, running a reading, claiming a streak gift, sharing a card and the upgrade screen. It does not receive your name, your birthdate, your readings or anything you write. We also do not connect analytics to your account. Those events are tied to a browser identifier, not to you, so we cannot look up what any individual did. You can turn analytics off. Open Profile, then Manage Account, then switch off Share analytics. Nothing further is sent from that device, and the identifier it used is cleared. 6. What We Do Not Do We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. The 11:11 reminder is a notification your phone schedules on its own, so nothing is sent to us or anyone else to deliver it. Announcements from us only appear while you have the app open. 7. Who Else Handles It Supabase runs our database and sign-in, and stores your account, your content and your progress. Cloudflare hosts the app and runs the sign-in bot check. Apple and Google receive information if you choose to sign in with them. PostHog receives the product events described above. RevenueCat keeps track of Premium subscriptions for us and receives your account ID and your purchase record. 8. Payments Premium is a subscription. You buy it through your App Store or Google Play account. Your payment details stay with the store, which has its own privacy practices. RevenueCat tells us whether your Premium is active. We never see your card details. 9. Keeping and Deleting Your Data We keep your account and everything in it for as long as the account exists. Signing out deletes nothing. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, under Manage Account. That removes your profile, your progress, your saved readings, your sightings and your photos. Deleting your account also clears any sign-in request records still holding your email address, and the rest expire on their own within 24 hours. RevenueCat keeps its record of your purchases after your account is deleted, tied to an ID that no longer points to anything in Numeral. If you would rather we handled any of this for you, email numeral.app@proton.me and we will do it within 30 days. 10. Children Numeral is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. 11. Security Connections are encrypted, and every table holding your data is access-controlled so that only your own account can read its rows. No system is completely secure. 12. Changes We will update the date at the top when this policy changes, and flag anything material inside the app. 13. Contact numeral.app@proton.me
